Unload and Ascend: A 2025 Manifesto

"I'm not sure who else this message is for, however for 2025, unload. Don't bury. Unpack and unload even if it goes against all you know. You need to travel light this coming year to go where you were destined to. Don't just unload to anyone though. Some are wolves disguised as sheep. Choose wisely. Block, delete, burn, discard, get rid of the weight that so easily holds you back and then embrace the heights that will inevitably be reached. Happy 2025." Flashbacks to carrying emotional, mental, and spiritual loads through 2024 that kept us back and that were never meant to be carried. Trying to do everything or save everyone can be a weight, but a weight brought on by ourselves through the choices we've made. Letting go is a superpower. Knowing how to pick your fights is crucial. Sometimes, saving someone means letting them go. And let's be honest, saving yourself sometimes becomes the most important person you can save. Because how can one truly save othe...

Hey, Does Your 'Body Count' Define You?

Let's be honest, folks. The concept of a "body count" is the talk of many saucy discussions. However this concept, though juicy is actually founded on judgment, shame, and a host of harmful stereotypes. It's a simplistic mind’s approach to a vast and complex issue, reducing a person's total worth to a number, while attempting to increase that persons shame and boost the accusers own sense or appearance of worth, especially if that person is a woman. A post I read on Facebook stirred me enough to put my opinion out on its slanted perspective. Ladies, while it's true that past relationships do shape our present, in both negative AND positive ways, it's equally true that growth, healing, and transformation are possible in the areas that need them once persons are open to them. Countless persons we know who has learnt to define themselves by purpose and impact and not by their past ‘ body count’;  whom had the pleasure to positively impacted their world. J...

Spring Boarding to Greatness - Using your NEGATIVE emotions??

Everyone wears their emotions on their sleeves—even those who think they don’t. Our actions, reactions, perceptions are all rooted in the initial first emotions that were activated and fostered within us. This is why the phrase “the inner child” resonates as it does.  It speaks of a place that never changes, given birth to and fed in the surplus to sustain its strength inwardly as we grew outwardly. Yet, these roots shoot and branch into various life aspects with the same sap running through it’s plant veins. For one person, a scenario of growing up in poverty or with difficult to please parents along with low self-esteem watered with the teasing of never having, may create the sap of greed or bitterness which could bare fruits ranging from “petty” stealing to drug deals with a high promise of payout to crime even when they don’t “want” to on the negative spectrum. Emotions never lie. They are a gauge to what REALLY fuels our actions. I had a discussion with a friend about p...

Breaking Free from Self-Sabotage: Embracing Your Inner Strength

These last couple weeks have been eye opening…to say the least. Have you ever felt like you're constantly battling your own self? I know I’m not alone on this: A tug-of-war between who you are , who you could be , and who you're expected to be ?   This internal conflict, the precursors for self-sabotage, can derail even the most ambitious plans. It's a battleground where our weaknesses and desires clash, our thoughts diverge to possible multiple realities and our emotions run a marathon on a loop. All shaping our destinies for better or for worse.   The Role of Weaknesses Our weaknesses are often seen as stumbling blocks, but I’ve always had a sneaking suspicion they could become our tools- powerful catalysts for growth. The pivotal switch is actually knowing what they are. Getting to know yourself is the most impactful way to sculpt you. Imagine a sculptor chiseling away at a block of marble. There are imperfections in the stone however these imperfections aren’t o...

Behind the Smile: Navigating Life's Storms

“ Sometimes a smile is just a mask. An antidote to the ragings within your soul of life fighting against your purpose. Against you carving your name in the rock of legacy. Against creating the path in reality that has always existed in your mind. So you smile to not be beaten. You smile so the world knows it has not won. You smile to give a little sunlight to your emotions. Just enough sunlight to not be succumbed by the darkness forcing itself in.” - Lady Ray   As a Limitless Lady, we've all experienced the highs and lows of life's journey. While we often portray a confident and unwavering exterior, the truth is that behind the smile, there can be a tempest raging within. Just like the hot Caribbean sun making everything seems beautiful and bright, but beneath the surface our personal internal La Soufriere volcano is brewing a nasty brew. The pursuit of our dreams can be met with serious resistance, setbacks, and even outright hostility. This is part of the reas...
